Julie is a bilingual highly skilled and technically focused Registered Massage Therapist who acquired her diploma with honours from the International Academy of Health Sciences College, 2300hr Massage Therapy program. With extensive experience working with athletes, individuals recovering from injury, and those managing chronic conditions, she is known for her precision, effectiveness, and results-driven approach.
Julie is renowned for her ability to identify and target the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Often referred to as “the therapist with the iron thumbs”, her treatments are highly specific and therapeutic, combining deep anatomical knowledge with a sharp, intuitive sense of touch. She takes pride in helping clients recover from injury, manage chronic pain, and optimize physical performance through tailored therapeutic massage.
In her practice, Julie offers a range of specialized services including sports, therapeutic, pregnancy, infant and child massage. Her sessions often integrate complementary techniques such as therapeutic ultrasound, cupping, and sports taping to support healing and improve function.
Julie is proud to be a Blue Cross provider for Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) and the RCMP.
In addition to her technical approach, she is a certified level 3 Reiki practioner and Yanumoja Instructor.

Jonathan Doucet
Professional Massage Therapist
Specialized in Sports Therapy
 
Jonathan is a bilingual Professional Massage Therapist based in the Gatineau region. Graduated with a diploma in Massage Therapy and Sports Massage Therapy, he has furthermore enriched his practice with specialized training, including deep tissue massage (levels 1 and 2), lower body RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (NFR) and Lomi-Lomi massage.
For over ten years, he has applied his expertise in spa settings, although his passion lies within the sports environment, where he currently works with OPA (Optimum Performance Athletics) Hockey Gatineau, contributing to the treatment and recovery of players. Jonathan has also shared his expertise as a therapist at numerous sporting events, including the Ottawa Senators Golf Tournament, the Jeux de la Francophonie, and the Mont-Tremblant Cycling Marathon.
Known for his attentive listening, professional rigor, and ability to adapt his interventions using specialized and precise techniques, Jonathan specializes in muscle recovery, injury prevention, and optimizing physical performance.
As a Level 1 golf instructor, combined with hockey, personal training, and martial arts, these disciplines fuel his in-depth understanding of the specific needs of athletes and of any active clientele.
